My candle/room spray arrived broken, what should I do?

No worries. We will be more than happy to ship out another candle to you. Just send an email to scentfulwishes@gmail.com with a photo of your broken candle and we will take care of it.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

We want each order to be special, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. Contact us at scentfulwishes@gmail.com to locate your shipment. Scentful Wishes will find a way to make it right!

What if I do not like the scent?

Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns at this time. If you are unsure of a scent, try the wax melts first. This will give you an idea of how wonderful the candle smells.
